Landscape Services, BiMonthly Potted Landscape Maintenance

Landscaping maintenance service for potted succulent arrangements and landscaping in pots and containers (noted in contract).  Service every 2 months, billed bimonthly includes:

• Trimming of overgrown succulent plants
  
• Removal of dead/dying leaves, petals and/or plants
  
• Replacement plants provided with prior approval of Client, new replacement plants billed separately/individually
  
• Watering of plants/pots/window boxes
  
• Covering or removing/changing location of plants/pots/window boxes unprotected from rain during large storms
  
• Removal of spiderwebs, debris, fallen leaves
  
• Treatment with neem oil, fertilizer, pest removal, or plant nutrients provided with prior approval of the Client and billed separately
  
• Removal or clean up of soil, leaves, debris created by Service Provider in performing the Service
