Refund policy

We love our customers and focus a lot of our attention on customer satisfaction, which means we oversee the making of each order, ensure that it's packaged well for shipment, that everything ordered has been included, and that it is shipped to arrive on time for your event. We want you to be satisfied with your order, so please contact us directly if there are any issues with your order, the items received, or scheduled delivery.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do NOT offer returns on succulents and plants, as these are "perishable" items and cannot be restocked on our end, or on customized / personalized items. We cannot offer refund on digital items because of the nature of the items.

For items which are eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and, if applicable, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Delivery Timing

We take shipping & delivery very seriously because we know you count on your party goods for your scheduled event. Sometimes circumstances beyond our control affect shipping times. When this occurs, please contact us immediately at hello@sorellaminchella.com to explain the issue and we will work with you to attempt to resolve it, if possible. Please note that we do NOT issue refunds for delivery delays caused by third party shippers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), or by unforeseen delays while shipments are in transit whether caused by mechanical/technical malfunctions, extreme weather, or natural disasters.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as succulent plants), custom products (special orders, customized printed items, or personalized items).  Please get in touch with us immediately if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
