Q: When should I order my succulent favors if my event is more than a few weeks away? I don't want my plants to die. A: To ensure your succulent favors are at their freshest, place your order well in advance. We'll include your order in our production schedule for the event month so you get VIP treatment. Your succulent favors will be shipped 2 to 3 days prior to your event, ready to shine. Simply unwrap them (or delegate this task), let them bask in some bright indirect sunlight, and tuck your delightful flag tags into the back left corner of each. Easy peasy!

Q: I know you can ship to my home but will you ship to a hotel or venue for destination weddings? A: Absolutely! We've got you covered. We can ship your favors directly to your venue. Just make sure to provide a contact person, event planner, or venue staff member who's in the know about the delivery. Our shipping timing remains consistent – 2 to 3 days before the event – unless other arrangements are made. This way, your lush succulents arrive at the peak of freshness for your celebration.

Q: Can you expedite my order? My event is next week. A: No worries, we've got a RUSH option just for you! Add our Rush Option Item for a flat $15, and you'll snag priority in our production queue. Please note, while this ensures your succulent favors are crafted promptly, it doesn't expedite shipping. Our standard UPS 2-DAY Air shipping will have your treasures at your doorstep in no time. If you need overnight delivery, we can arrange that too for an extra fee, but it's usually not necessary.

Q: Can you customize my tags? A: You bet! We're all about personalization. Feel free to customize the wording, add names and dates, incorporate special phrases, or even switch up the artwork. Our customization fee is a flat $18. If a Custom option is available on the item you are ordering, the fee's already baked into our tiered pricing.
