Hailing from Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa, and Swaziland, the stunningly vibrant Flapjacks succulent, also known as Paddle Plant, boasts broad, paddle-shaped leaves that radiate shades of yellow-green, green, and pink or red at the tips. This is a 4" pot. Full exposure to sunlight and cool temperatures (around 40F) can intensify the pink/red hue on the leaf edges.

Occasionally, the paddle leaves can grow up to 6 ft wide. Each "rosette" produces offsets at their bases, which can be replanted or left to flourish in groups under the mother plant.

This succulent thrives in hot, sunny locations with excellent drainage. It can tolerate more water than other succulents, especially during scorching summers. In colder months, bring it indoors near a sunny window or under a grow light. Water deeply only when the soil is completely dry.

Note that 4" plants are usually packaged "bare root" without a full pot of soil. Use Cactus and Succulent well-draining soil to re-pot your plant in a new pot with a drainage hole, or back into the nursery pot.
